Everbuild SBR Bond is a latex-based, water-resistant bonding agent and admixture, designed for use in areas exposed to damp, humidity, and continuous water contact. It enhances cement mixes by forming a reinforcing polymer, improving long-term durability, flexibility, and water resistance in renders and floor screeds.
Widely used in the construction industry for over 20 years, polymer emulsions like this are ideal for concrete and cement applications such as repairs, renovations, floor surfacing, and general bonding. The formula includes anti-foam for better control of mix density and is both freeze–thaw stable and frost-resistant.
It delivers excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces, including dense concrete, tiles, and steel.
